We sat by your bedside we held your hand with love we touched your face and stroked your hair and
prayed to god above through tears we watched you falling and slowly fade away and though our hearts
where breaking we knew you could not stay.

Nearly 2 days now and everyone is crying their hearts out.
We all miss you so much, your little things you used to say and do that we wont ever see or hear again.
We miss you so much.
I will always love you and you will always be in my thoughts.
You would of been so proud of sarah, stayed strong for us all in your last few hours.
See you on tuesday, ill try and stay strong for everyone.
